Field Trip to Toyota Automobile Museum (Nov. 22)
November's theme was "vehicles", so we took the opportunity to
go on a field trip to the Toyota Automobile Museum. Naturally, we had to
take several different types of transportation to get there, including
the Nagoya's own maglev train the "Linemo". Throughout the trip,
there were plenty of opportunities to use the new English words and concepts
we have been learning. Truly an unforgettable trip!

Cooking Lesson (Nov. 12)
Nothing beats (pun intended) hands-on learning, and our cooking classes
are a great way to create some egg-citement. Students are always keen to
acquire and use the necessary vocabulary to join in the fun.

Halloween Party (Oct. 27)
What a great time we had!
Rides in a balloon-filled room, a maze of tunnels and characters gallour,
including clowns, a giant chef, Spiderman, a life-size remote-controlled talking
witch.
The finale: a real pinyata.

★ Don't miss our next event : Christmas at KIPS (Dec. 22) ★ |
Preparation for the Halloween Party
Of course, getting there should be at least half of the fun.
Our Halloween
party took lots of preparation, which meant plenty of opportunities to
learn new language,
new skills and just plain have fun, as was the case in making our paper mache Jack-o-lanterns.
